This surf board quoit set is a simple but entertaining game, great for either indoor or outdoor fun.
Take turns to see who can be the first to score by throwing the rope quoit onto the pegs.

This game is similar to horseshoes where players pitch their quoit towards a target pin.

For play to begin a quoits (pronounced kwaits) ring is tossed into the air. The players decide whether the ring will land top first or bottom first.

It is similar to tossing a coin and determining heads or tails. A player calls, ‘he’ referring to the top, and ‘she’ referring to the bottom.

Players pitch the rope rings over a set distance, usually to land over a spike (sometimes called a hob, mott or pin).

The player or team to reach 230 points wins the game. The winner has to win by a minimum of two points.

This is an ancient old game that has been around for centuries in one form or another. It is a very social game where you can pitch a few at a BBQ with friends and people never seem to tire from playing.

The dimensions of the cross is 50cm x 50cm.
