Actively Inspired customers have the option to receive complimentary gift wrapping on selected items. We apologise that some items cannot be gift-wrapped. Please call us for more details and to take advantage of our exclusive gift-wrapping services.

Email is the best way for us to communicate Actively Inspired information and deals to you. If you wish to unsubscribe from emails you can, but we won’t be able to offer you any of our great promotions without being able to email you! You will always have the option to unsubscribe to Actively Inspired marketing material by clicking on the bottom section of emails that are sent to your subscribed email. We love hearing feedback on our products, because as a valued customer your opinion is important to us. We’ve provided some guidelines to make sure that your feedback remains helpful to other customers as well. To keep it fair and consistent we only post reviews that are in adherence with these guidelines. So here’s an idea of how best to do it:

  • Keep feedback based on the product only and your experience of using the product. E.g. how you used the product, product size, materials product is made from, how it makes you feel?
  • Be honest – tell us what you like about the product and what you don’t like about the product.
  • Keep it clean, get to the point and provide helpful feedback for others.
  • We are not about anything offensive, racist, crude, so inappropriate comments won’t be posted accordingly.
  • Also to protect your privacy we can’t post any personal information, so use of a nickname for the review is the best way to go.
  • Links to other websites and references to other retailers is also potentially misleading to visitors, so we won’t post this info either.

Standard online orders take between 2-5 working days and are delivered via Courier Companies. You can check the status of your order at any time once your tracking number has been sent to you via email from Actively Inspired.
If you’d like an update on the status of your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service staff who will help you track it down.

Sign in using the Actively Inspired ‘Sign In’ link in the top right-hand corner of www.activelyinspired.com.au Once you’re signed in, click on ‘My Account‘ in the top right-hand corner and once on this page click ‘Account Information’ and tick the ‘Change Password’ option. Simply enter your existing password, your preferred new password, confirm it and click ‘Submit’.

It happens! Simply click on the My Account link in the top right-hand menu bar of www.activelyinspired.com.au and click on the ‘Lost your password‘ link, and you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. We’ll send you a new password to your email address. Simple!

All items featured in our catalogue have been priced to ensure the BEST possible value for your money. However there are costs involved the picking, packing and the posting your order to you. In addition these charges also include insurance to cover damaged or misplaced items during transit.
Postage, handling and insurance is calculated based on the total weight and size of the items ordered. Depending on your dimensions of your order the cost will range.

⦁   Browse the Product Categories and make your selection.
⦁   Use the search facility by entering the product name or key word (using part of the name is also okay as this function will find any product that contain the letters you enter).
⦁   Use the search facility by entering the product code.
⦁   If you wish to search for products within a particular category use the left-hand navigation filter your selection.
⦁   If you know all the product codes you require, just enter them directly into the product search in the top left-hand corner of the Main Shopping page.
⦁   To order, simply enter the quantity you require then click the “Add to Cart” button.
STEP 2

From your shopping cart you can:

You can select to pay for your order by ‘Direct Bank Transfer‘ during checkout.

If you select the Direct Bank Transfer payment option, please use your order ID as the payment reference and email sales@activelyinspired.com.au with your payment details. Your order will not be shipped until your funds have been received into our bank. Please allow 2-3 business days for clearance of funds.

All your online payments are processed through a PayPal payment gateway. The PayPal payment Gateway securely links to Actively Inspired website and manages the complex routing of the data with regards to credit card online payment methods on our behalf. This means, we don’t save any of your payment details.
PayPal is one of the worlds most trusted forms of payment in terms of keeping your credit card information safe and secure. You also have the option to deposit money into your PayPal account straight from your bank account, no credit card required!
